RETURNS & REFUNDS
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase (we are pretty sure you won’t be) you may send it back for a full refund within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must be returned unused in the same state received. Should you miss the 7 day cut-off we will unfortunately not be able to give you a refund. The shipping cost incurred for returning the item/s for an exchange or refund is not covered nor reimbursed by Dija Design. In case of a requested refund, please allow at least 10 working days for the reimbursement to reflect on your bank card statement.
Exchanges are allowed if the new product you select has at least the same price as the purchased product. In case the new product has a higher price, the customer will be asked to add the difference before we can ship the new item.
As some of our products are one-off, handmade and unique (in particular, Moroccan rugs) there may be slight imperfections. This we believe adds to the character and charm of every beautiful piece. Each rug is handmade like everything else, thus meaning they are not perfect, but then nothing in life should be.
